My Favorite Place to Eat !

Portico Restaurant & Lounge Bar 

My favorite restaurant is called Portico.
I think that the Portico restaurant is the best place to eat. 

They have the excellent cooks to provide you with extremely delicious food

Food style is Asian fusion, buffets, delis, dinners, French, Italian, Pizza, seafood, steakhouses, Thai and vegetarian. 
Halal foods, serve no pork.

They also have the outstanding service.

I've been to a variety of restaurants in Kuching, there is a Chinese restaurant, Western restaurant, nice big restaurants, food stalls. 

I prefer the Western restaurant, where elegant environment. Western restaurants there I like to eat grilled chicken, steak, spaghetti meat sauce and mushroom soup. 

But my favorite restaurant is Portico. Because there is very delicate decoration, colorful, rich Western culture atmosphere. 

Inside the atmosphere is very good, very suitable for couples or family dinner. 

Sometimes full, so it is recommended to reserve the table. 

When I went out for dinner with family or friends, every time I suggest to go there to eat.

Foods are especially delicious. 

For example, various flavors of pizza, paella, honey roasted chicken wings. 

 Portico restaurant can cater private function up to 40 persons at the moment.

There are few sections to choose from: non-smoking dining, smoking dining, bar, outdoor, courtyard.

Pineapple Chicken Cheese 

Crispy thigh stuffed with cheese & pineapple served with green salad and french fried 

 Spaghetti Bolognese

Spaghetti with minced bacon beef or chicken and tomato sauce topped with cheese powder  

Spaghetti Carbonara 

Spaghetti with minced bacon beef or chicken and cream 

Aurora Chicken Chop

Crispy thigh chicken assorted tomato coulis served with green salad, onion rings, cheesy, garlic bread & mushroom sauce 

Honey Chicken Wings

Crispy wing chicken wings with honey served with carrot 

                                   

Grilled Salmon 

Crispy salmon with butter lemon juice with mashed potatoes & coleslaw

Place of Portico restaurant is along the way uphill to SJK Chung Hua No. 1 school.

Monday: Noon OFF, Resume 5pm to 1am

Tuesday to Sunday: 12 noon to 1am

* Kitchen close at 10.30pm every night
